The inquiry form included with this website does not submit information to a website database. It creates a summary in your browser and opens your email application. Information is transmitted only when you choose to send the resulting email.

An inquiry may include your name, email address, optional phone number, your dog’s name and age, training concerns, bite-history disclosure, preferred format, and the message you write. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, government identifiers, or complete veterinary records through the general inquiry form.

3. Information generated by hosting

The hosting platform may process technical and operational information needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the website. ChatGPT Sites may provide aggregate traffic information such as page views and unique visitors. Review the hosting provider’s current privacy terms and data controls for additional details.

4. How information is used

When aggregate affiliate-click measurement is enabled, this site may record the product identifier, retailer, product category, page path, and time of the click. The default implementation does not add a client name, email address, payment information, advertising identifier, or cross-site behavioral profile to that event.

8. Veterinary and professional collaboration

When collaboration with a veterinarian or another professional is appropriate, we seek the client’s authorization and use a suitable method to share only the information needed. The public inquiry form is not a medical-record portal.

9. Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal and tax obligations, safety documentation, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements.
