Accessibility
A website designed for more people to use.
Just A Pup Training aims to provide an inclusive digital and service experience. This website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and is reviewed as content, integrations, and platform behavior change.
Accessibility features in this site
- Semantic headings, landmarks, navigation, lists, forms, and buttons.
- A visible skip link for keyboard users.
- Strong text and interface contrast using a tested brand palette.
- Visible keyboard focus and full keyboard access to core interactions.
- Form labels that remain visible, clear required fields, and accessible status messages.
- Touch targets designed for comfortable mobile use.
- Responsive layouts that reflow at narrow widths and high zoom.
- Reduced-motion support based on device preferences.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and empty alternatives for decorative icons.
- Print-friendly educational pages that do not require a PDF reader.
- No autoplay audio, flashing content, forced dragging, or time-limited interactions.
Known limitations
No single review can guarantee complete accessibility across every browser, device, assistive technology, or third-party service. Accessibility may change when the following are added or updated:
- New photographs and their alternative text.
- Scheduling, payment, CRM, chat, map, review, or form widgets.
- Video captions, audio transcripts, and media-player controls.
- Browser, hosting-platform, or assistive-technology changes.
Supported interaction
Core pages are intended to work with current versions of major browsers, keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, browser zoom, and mobile touch. JavaScript enhances the mobile menu, Plan Finder, filters, and inquiry summary, but essential content remains available without those interactions.
Service accommodations
Digital accessibility is only one part of client care. Tell us about communication, mobility, sensory, scheduling, or other access needs when you inquire. We will explain available accommodations honestly and look for alternatives when a particular format is not appropriate.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier, email hello@justapuptraining.com. Include the page, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology if comfortable sharing it, and the format in which you would like a response.
Assessment schedule
Review accessibility before first publication, after major design or platform changes, after adding third-party tools, and at least annually. Prioritize barriers that prevent inquiry, access to program information, or use of safety-related content.
